Wild ‘N Out alum Ms. Jacky Oh!, whose real name is Jaclyn Smith, has died at 32, according to TMZ.
Smith, also the longtime girlfriend of YouTuber-turned-recurring Wild ‘N Out member DC Young Fly, reportedly passed away in Miami, though the exact cause of her death is still unknown at the time of reporting. According to a since-deleted social media post, the mother of three shared with her followers that she was heading to Miami for a “mommy makeover.”
A statement on social media from VH1 read:
“We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jacklyn Smith, known to the world as Jacky Oh, a talented Wild N’ Out family member whose impact will be forever treasured and missed. Jacky Oh was a loving friend and beloved colleague of the Wild N’ Out cast throughout five seasons. More importantly, she was a tremendous mother to three beautiful children. The BET Media Group extends our sincere condolences to the Smith family, DC Young Fly, B Simone, Nick Cannon, and all friends who loved and cared for Jacky Oh during this difficult time.”

After her time on Wild ‘N Out, Smith decided to go the entrepreneurial route by launching her cosmetics line featuring lip gloss, lip liner and glam lashes called the J Nova Collection; she also dabbled in real estate.
Smith and DC Young Fly, whose real name is John Whitfield, met in 2015, the same year he joined Wild ‘N Out. Though never married, the couple share three children, two daughters named Nova and Nala and their son Prince, who they welcomed last year.
In 2017, speaking about their decision not to get married, Smith told DJ Small Eyez there’s been “no marriage talk yet.” She added, “You know if it’s not broken, don’t fix it. We’re fine, we’re chilling, we’re both young and just enjoying ourselves, our baby, our little family.”
Whitfield learned of Smith’s passing while shooting new Wild ‘N Out episodes, TMZ reported.
