Since news of the deadly Hart family SUV crash was reported last month, troubling questions regarding the welfare of the Hart children continue to emerge. According to information submitted to the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), Devonte Hart's sister reportedly told neighbors that her moms were racist.

As The Oregonian reported this week, an intake report by the Washington DSHS revealed, among other troubling reports, that Hannah Hart, 16, told neighbors – whose names have been redacted – that her moms are racist.

An intake report submitted to Blavity by the Washington DSHS read:

"Referent reports Hanna jumped out of the [second ]story window [six] months ago at [1:30 a.m.] She said Hanna rang her doorbell and bolted in her home. Referent states Hanna was covered in weeds and black berries and was asking referent to hide her. Hanna told referent the moms were racist and were abusing her."

A spokesperson for the Washington DSHS told Blavity the department had no prior history with the family, and DSHS visited the home on the same day the intake was received.

"We had no history with the family prior to March 23 when we received this intake," the spokesperson said. She added that the department then visited the family's home on March 26 and again the following day.

The Hart family's SUV was found at the bottom of a 100-foot roadside cliff off of a California highway on Friday, March 26. Investigators suspect the crash might have been intentional.

The moms, married couple Jennifer and Sara Hart, who died in the crash, had six adopted children. Three of their children — Markis, Jeremiah and Abigail Hart — were killed in the crash. Devonte, Hannah and Sierra Hart are reported missing, though investigators believe the entire family was in the SUV at the time of the crash.

According to CNN, a body was recently found near the crash site, but it could take weeks for an autopsy to determine the person's identity.
