After attending Monday night’s Met Gala with rumored partner Yung Miami, Diddy was literally and figuratively sweating after being asked about their relationship status.

According to XXL, the Bad Boy Entertainment founder and the 29-year-old walked the red carpet hand in hand, surprising many. Last month, Miami confirmed both she and Diddy were single but “still friends.”

“That’s not my man,” she told The Cut.

That didn’t seem like the case at the iconic fashion event. On the carpet, La La Anthony asked the 53-year-old what was going on between him and Miami.

“So, I have the million-dollar question right now,” Anthony said. “You ready for it? The million-dollar question is so, do y’all officially go together real bad?”

Anthony’s question was a play on the rapper’s previous comments on her relationship with Diddy on her podcast Caresha Please. In an episode, she said she and Diddy “go together real bad.”

“I’m asking; I wanna know,” Anthony pried.

Diddy laughed and told Anthony not to hold her breath for an answer from him.

“She gonna answer that,” he said.

“You not answering that?” Anthony replied.

Diddy quickly added, “Of course, we here. We’re here.”

But that response wasn’t cutting it for Anthony.

“Real bad? Real bad? It’s official,” she asked again.

Diddy said he wasn’t sure what exactly she was asking.

“We definitely go together real bad. She’s my date for the night,” he told her.

Diddy finally gave Anthony more details about their relationship.

“We don’t put titles on it,” he explained. “Everybody wants us to put a title on it. We don’t put titles on it. This like my best friend in the world. One of the most beautiful people God has blessed me to meet. I’m blessed that she’s my date tonight.”

He added the interview made him nervous.

“Can I get a little napkin for my forehead? Damn, I’m sweating,” he said.

The rapper and producer first sparked romance rumors in 2021. A year later, they confirmed they were boo’d up on Caresha Please, which airs on Diddy’s Revolt TV. However, since then, Miami has made it clear that the two are single, and she isn’t going to “share” her man moving forward, suggesting their union wasn’t exclusive.

The 53-year-old had a child with Dana Tran when he and Miami were publicly together.
