While revealing pictures of his son for the first time, Drake took some time out to share some positivity in an Instagram post on Monday.

The rapper accompanied a series of pictures of his son, Adonis Graham, with an extended caption encouraging people to tap into their most inner self and trust themselves.

"What is most important for you right now is to connect to your own inner light. This will create the biggest opening of all. Trust that you have all of the power within to make this happen, and in order to do that connect to the people and things that bring you a lot of joy. When the mind starts to move into overthinking or fear, shift your attention right away to something bright," the rapper wrote on Instagram.

"It doesn’t matter what has happened in the past or what is happening around us now, you can always make the choice to break free of the wheel of suffering and panic and open up to your own light. We are powerful manifestors, so once you make the choice in the moment to shift your awareness to something good, it will show you in your reality," he continued.

Although the Grammy-winning rapper is currently in self-quarantine after interacting recently with superstar NBA player Kevin Durant, who tested positive for COVID-19 earlier this month, he mentioned the importance of shifting your focus away from things you can't control.

"It’s impossible to always control your surroundings, but when you shift the focus to how you want to feel, everything will conspire to assist you. I love and miss my beautiful family and friends and I can’t wait for the joyful day when we are all able to reunite. Until then please keep your lights on," the rapper added.

Be conscious, especially right now of fears coming in from others, and recognize that not everything should be held by you. Laughter is your best medicine, but tears can also be a powerful release. Let go of any judgment you may have around that. Remember that you are never alone, and if you need to be reminded of that ask for support and it will show up. Everything comes down to intention, and even though there are conflicting energies circling around us you must KNOW…It will rebuild. But in order for that to happen, you have to do exactly that. Trust. You have the biggest heart and that is your greatest gift. It’s impossible to always control your surroundings, but when you shift the focus to how you want to feel, everything will conspire to assist you. While the pictures of the 2-year-old overshadowed the 33-year-old's inspiring caption, folks caused a stir online, leading rapper Pusha T to trend on Twitter.

Although Adonis was born in October 2017 Drake didn't publicly acknowledge him until his June 2018 album Scorpion. The album came out months after a nasty public beef with Pusha T who revealed that the "Nice For What" rapper had a child.

Pusha T released a diss track titled “Story of Adidon,” blasting Drake for hiding his son from the world.

Drake eventually addressed the situation while sitting down for LeBron James' HBO SeriesThe Shop. He admitted to being "a single father learning to communicate with a woman, who, we've had our moments."

"I do want to be able to explain to my son what happened. But I don't have any desire for him to not love his mother. I don't ever want the world to be angry at his mother. We have found ourselves in a situation and we are both equally responsible," Drake said.

"Now, I'm just really excited to be a great father. No matter what happens, I have unconditional love for the mother of my child because I want him to love his mother and I have to project that energy," he added.
