The clip below from The Amazing Spider-Man 2 debuted last night, during the MTV Movie Awards.

It features Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield) facing off against Electro (Jamie Foxx) in New York City’s Times Square.

“You lied to me,” Electro first growls to Spidey, before *electrifying* the streets, forcing the latter to react.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 opens May 2.
