RuPaul’s Drag Race is expanding even more with Canada’s Drag Race: Canada Versus The World.
The series is the follow-up to the recently-aired UK Versus The World, and will find a new set of fan-favorite queens vying for the international crown and title of “Queen of the Mother-Pucking World.”
Canada Versus The World will have six episodes featuring Brooke Lynn Hytes, Brad Goreski and Traci Melchor as judges. During regular seasons of Canada’s Drag Race, Hytes serves as host with Goreski and Melchor as resident judges. The queens participating have yet to be announced, but, as the series’ description states that “[a]t this level of competition, there are no weak links–just seasoned queens with a thirst for victory.”
The series will drop later this year on WOW Presents Plus in the U.S. and select territories worldwide. Locally, the series will air on Crave in Canada.
During the first installment of Drag Race‘s international competition, Drag Race UK Versus The World, Blu Hydrangea won the series after competing against queens including Mo Heart, Janey Jacké, Jujubee, Pangina Heals, Cheryl Hole, Baga Chips and more.
