The cast of Jezebel, the feature debut of Numa Perrier, is continuing to fill out.
Perrier has tapped Brent Gelman, one of the stars of Janicza Bravo’s Lemon.
He is set to voice the role of Bobby, a man with a number of fetishes who connects with Jezebel (newcomer Tiffany Tenille) in an online chat room.
Principal photography wrapped in late July with post-production well underway.
The GoFundMe finishing funds goal has been surpassed with major support and shout-outs from Ava Duvernay, Misha Green, Victoria Mahoney, Janine Sherman Barrois, Jill Soloway and more.F

In 2016, Perrier and Jezebel were selected as part of Tribeca Film Institutes Through Her Lens directors program focused on women.
Jezebel will chronicle a woman, who during the last days of her mother’s life, crashes with five of her family members in their Las Vegas apartment. In order to make ends meet, her sister introduces her to the world of internet cam girls.
Fellow newcomer Stephen Barrington will portray Jezebel’s brother, Dominic. Perrier will be Jezebel’s sister, Livia. Tenille was also seen in the short film, Roubado, which was a part of Issa Rae’s “Short Film Sundays.”
Perrier is the co-founder of the popular digital network and brand, Black&SexyTV. She has co-starred in several indie films, including Nefertiti Nguvu’s acclaimed drama In the Morning, and is well known for her starring role as Chick in Black&SexyTV’s digital series The Couple (which scored an HBO development deal). She will also play the lead role of Susan in Jennifer Sharp’s A Great Movie.
Principal photography starts in Las Vegas in July. Perrier is represented by UTA and Colin Stark management.
