Hot off the success of Stranger Things and It, the film Child’s Play is getting a reboot.

Per Collider, Brian Tyree Henry and Aubrey Plaza will be the leads.

The film will be directed by Lars Klevberg and written by Tyler Burton Smith. It producers David Katzenberg and Seth Grahame-Smith are also on board with production set to begin in Vancouver soon.

The reboot, like Stranger Things and It, will “follow a group of kids and a technologically-advanced doll that enters their world.”

The 1988 film, which spawned six spinoff movies, was about a serial killer who trapped himself in the body of a doll named Chucky, which is given to a boy.

Collider says Plaza would play the boy’s mother and Henry is likely playing the detective on the case, though is role is not absolutely certain at this time.

Landing both actors is significant for the reboot. Former Parks & Recreation actress Plaza stars in FX’s Legion and was seen in the popular indie flick Ingrid Goes West. Atlanta star Henry is one of the most in-demand stars in Hollywood right now. In the next few months, he can be seen on the big screen in If Beale Street Could Talk, Widows, White Boy Rick and is voicing a character in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.
