Marque Richardson, one of the stars of Netflix’s Dear White People, has been tapped for a recurring role in an upcoming TNT thriller drama series.
The official description is: Tell Me Your Secrets revolves around a trio of characters, each with a mysterious and troubling past: Emma (Lily Rabe) is a young woman who once looked into the eyes of a dangerous killer; John (Hamish Linklater) is a former serial predator desperate to find redemption; and Mary (Amy Brenneman) is a grieving mother obsessed with finding her missing daughter, Theresa (Stella Baker). As each of them is pushed to the edge, the truth about their pasts and motives grows ever murkier, blurring the lines between victim and perpetrator. Richardson’s character will be Tom, “an honest Louisiana cop who forms a close connection with Emma.”
Richardson has garnered critical acclaim for his role as Reggie in Dear White People. He also appeared the original Dear White People film and Netflix’s Step Sisters.
