Is luck a superpower? That’s up for debate in a new clip from Deadpool 2 featuring Zazie Beetz’s Domino.

In the clip, “Domino Audition,” Domino is trying out for a role in Deadpool’s (Ryan Reynolds) new group of mercenaries. However, he’s questioning Domino’s mutant ability, which she describes as luck.

There’s a lot more to Domino’s ability that merely “luck,” though. According to Marvel, Domino’s abilities include being able to “subliminally and psionically initiate random telekinetic acts that affect probability in her favor by making improbable (but not impossible) things to occur within her line of sight, thus causing her to have ‘good luck’ and her opponents to have ‘bad luck.'” In other words, she can control her environment to give her a positive outcome. It’s no teleportation or mind-reading, but a superpower is a superpower. It’s something Deadpool is sure to find out the more he hangs out with her.

Overall, the clip is funny, lighthearted, and is a quick snapshot of how seamlessly Beetz fits into the zany world of Deadpool. If her banter with Deadpool is anything to go by, the film is going to be a fun time.
