We’re 9 days away from the beginning of another month (July) – a time when Netflix typically reveals its usual monthly streaming library edits. So if any of the below listed movies and/or TV series coming to and/or leaving the streaming platform are of interest to you, make note of them now.
Titles that may be of interest to readers of this blog include the recent thriller, “The Invitation” which Emayatzy Corinealdi co-stars in as part of an ensemble cast. There’s also “Bad Boys II,” “Beverly Hills Cop” (I and II), “Blade 2,” “Catwoman,” “Lethal Weapon” 1, 2, 3 and 4, and more. As you can see, there isn’t much that’s particular new or fresh. Although there is Netflix’s original six-part documentary series “Last Chance U” – described as a “character driven, gut-wrenching” behind-the-scenes look at the world of college football – which is their first original sports documentary series.
A title of note that is leaving in July is Ken Burns’ must-see “The Central Park Five” documentary. So if you still haven’t seen it, and you have a Netflix streaming account, you should do so in the next 9 days.
