A video has begun circulating that shows Christian Walker, a self-proclaimed “free-speech radicalist” and alt-right content creator who’s the son of Herschel Walker — a former NFL player who’s running for the Georgia Senate — beefing with Kehlani.

Their recent confrontation has gone viral, and both parties have shared their takes online.

Christian blasted the interaction on Instagram, referring to Kehlani as “a leftist singer known for being woke and super tolerant” who told Starbucks baristas that he was an a**hole while they were in line together.

“Apparently, she was worried about the ‘safety’ of the baristas being around such a person like me (a conservative). She really demonstrated how great of a person SHE is by calling me names and pointing before I rolled my window down. Isn’t it always interesting that the ‘tolerant, loving, and inclusive’ people always are the furthest thing from any of those traits?” Christian wrote in the caption.

“Kehlani is a prime example of a typical leftist: Has opportunity, lives in a great country, (kehlani specifically is also talented), and instead of basking in those blessings… she’d rather meltdown over someone in the drive thru behind her. Sis, get a frappuccino and chill out,” he added.

Christian then proceeded to share the video of him confronting Kehlani

“Ma’am, you don’t need to tell baristas that I’m an a**hole because I have an opinion,” Christian told Kehlani after stepping out of his car. “Get your drink and go away. I can have an opinion like everybody else. Why are you entitled to an opinion and not me?”

Shortly after the clip went viral and began making headlines, Kehlani themself jumped into the conversation in order to clear the situation up.

“I wasn’t gonna say anything, I wasn’t gonna address it, but I think we should tell the truth,” they began.

“I see behind me that kid Christian Walker, visibly losing his s**t in the car, videoing my two mirrors, [zooming in on his phone] to film the Starbucks workers and film all the flags that are in the Starbucks windows,” Kehlani said.

“This Starbucks is covered in gay flags, trans flags, American-remixed gay flags. I see him losing his s**t the whole time [in line],” they added.

Kehlani then shared that Christian was “harassing” the Starbucks employees while ordering, and the singer went on to let the baristas know that the person behind them was a “Republican, Trump-supporter kid who has a habit of harassing [the LGBTQ+] community, even though he’s a part of it.”

Kehlani then noted that, while they were speaking to the Starbucks employees about Christian being “an a**hole, he yelled at them for “holding up the line,” as Kehlani had started a “virtual therapy session” while in the car.

The singer then shared that they had an “a-ha” moment, realizing that Christian wanted to get a reaction out of them in order to use it to further a negative narrative against left-leaning members of the LGBTQ+ community. Kehlani noted that the video of Christian confronting them, as well as his spin of the interaction online, ultimately proved them right.

Kehlani also got a bit petty with it, sharing a 2016 tweet to their Instagram Story that showed Christian espousing his love of Kehlani.

Christian Walker hasn’t further spoken on the matter since Kehlani jumped in the chat, so it looks like they got the last laugh.
