Florida rapper Kodak Black has been aired out for not throwing cash at a dark-skinned dancer when she performed during his recent visit to a strip club.
A TikToker who also attended the strip club saw Kodak willingly make it rain on light skin dancers but not on other skin tones while on stage. Disturbed by what she saw, the woman recorded the incident and posted the video on her page.
“I went to booby trap last night …Kodak Black pulled up; he was so lit, turning up all night on every girl. He spent so much money … until!!! A dark skin girl got on stage. He completely stopped tipping,” the TikToker wrote.
“She was so entertaining… I never believed in colorism until tonight,” she added.
“It’s real. I felt bad for her. I can tell it killed her spirit. She just turned down .. [crying tear emoji] dark ski

After the online publication OnSite reposted the TikTok clip, Kodak made sure to jump in the comments to defend himself, calling the accusations false.
“WHOEVER RECORDED THAT LAME AF I THREW MONEY ON ALL KINDA WOMEN, MY MONEY DONT RUN OUT IN DAT CLUB EVERYBODY LOVE ME THERE,” he wrote. “I LOVE DARK WOMEN THEY QUEENS WIT DEY BLACK A** [sideways crying laughing emoji] FAXTZ THO THEY BEAUTIFUL,” he wrote.
This incident isn’t the first time Kodak Black has been accused of colorism. In 2017, he interviewed with ChaneyTV and was asked about the controversial colorism remarks he previously made online.

Trying to explain to ChaneyTV that he shouldn’t be scrutinized for his preferences, Kodak dug himself into a digger whole.
Although he is attracted to Black women, he prefers women who don’t share the same complexion as his because he said they’re “too gutter and too tough,” while “light-skinned women [are] more sensitive.”
Kodak Black may not have learned from his past mistakes, or maybe people can’t unsee his past and have placed him in a box where he has been deemed a colorist.
