Lil Baby and Foot Locker hosted the second annual “Back to School Festival” in Atlanta. On Tuesday, Lil Baby dug into his philanthropy bag once more by giving away over $300,000 worth of back-to-school items.

Around 1,500 local students received sneakers, school bags, school supplies and various household items. Additionally, Lil Baby and Foot Locker partnered with Goodr, a local Atlanta company whose mission is to combat food waste and prevent hunger by providing meals to the families at the event.

“No matter how the narrative switch, I’m one of the best to ever do this s**t 😤😤 3 giveaways in the same day 🙏🏾,” Lil Baby captioned his Instagram post.

According to HotNewHipHop, Lil Baby frequently pours into the younger generation in his hometown. In 2021, he was seen purchasing several sneakers at Foot Locker, which were given to children in his old Atlanta neighborhood.

Recently, Lil Baby contributed to the businesses in Atlanta by opening a seafood restaurant whose design honors musical legends like Prince, Marvin Gaye, Ray Charles and more. In addition to the Atlanta location, he revealed plans to turn the restaurant into a franchise.
