Justin Combs ran into legal trouble over the weekend, and his mom, Misa Hylton, took aim at her ex, Sean “Diddy” Combs. Justin, the eldest son of the renowned rapper and entrepreneur, was arrested for allegedly driving while drunk in Beverly Hills on Sunday.
While further details remain scarce, police reportedly stopped the 29-year-old at around 8 a.m. after running a red light. The type of sobriety test conducted is unclear, but police allegedly suspected alcohol impairment, as Justin was cuffed and taken in by authorities immediately following.

“Officers conducted a traffic stop, and they observed the driver possibly under the influence of unknown alcohol or drugs,” a Los Angeles Police officer reportedly told Fox News Digital.
The budding actor-turned-producer was booked at the L.A. County Jail on a misdemeanor DUI charge and had his bond set at $5,000.
The news generated a frenzy of social media comments. Just hours after news of Justin’s arrest hit the headlines, mom Misa Hylton broke her silence, taking to her Instagram Stories to vent.
According to posts uploaded on The Shade Room’s Instagram page, the result was a series of angry, thinly-veiled comments ripping into her 53-year-old music mogul ex and seemingly insinuating the incident was because he set a bad example for their son.

“I’m not protecting no one anymore, just my son,” the mom-of-three wrote. “The statement ‘a fish rots from the head down’ means that, in addition to being a major contributing factor in a family or organization’s success, leadership is also the root cause of its failure and demise.”
“The truth shall set you free,” she added.

The fashion designer and stylist didn’t stop there, referencing Diddy’s relationship with 29-year-old Yung Miami and their new “Act Bad” single.
“Act Bad??? Act BAD BAD boy, I used to want to be a BAD Girl. I chose to be a QUEEN, tried and true. I’m not perfect, but I am INTENTIONAL,” Hylton wrote, claiming she should have sheltered her child from Diddy.
“I should have kept my child with me.”

Without explanation, Hylton further called out her son’s alma mater. Justin played college football for the University of California in Los Angeles and graduated in 2016.
“F**k UCLA too,” she added. “Everybody can get it.”
Hylton continued her tirade by shading her ex-partner’s recent lawsuit against Diageo, a spirits company Diddy accuses of racial discrimination and for neglecting his DeLeón tequila brand.
“How you go from one of the greatest to ever do it to making all your money off alcohol and suing the damn alcohol company,” she said. “Sell something healthy that builds people up. I’m sick of it!!!! NOT MINES.”
Hylton also warned Diddy’s chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, who she accused of attempting to “handle” her.
“And Kristina, if you ever try to handle me again, I will go straight across your head!!!!!” she said. “Stay out the way[.] You are a nice person[.] Everyone is tough until it’s time to be tough.”
“Everyone has to sit around for years and act like there isn’t anything wrong with you,” she continued.
“This where the buck stops for me. If anything ever happened to my son, GOD FORBID. What is anyone going to say to me?? When we all know whose fault it would be,” she concluded, alluding to her ex.
The Harlem rap mogul has not publicly commented on Hylton’s since-deleted posts or their son’s arrest.
