YoungBoy Never Broke Again, aka NBA YoungBoy, appears to be on his way to becoming the Gen-Z version of Nick Cannon, as the 22-year-old rapper is expecting baby number nine.
He made the announcement on Sunday through the music video for a new track called “Purge Me.”
The video is pretty straightforward and shows NBA YoungBoy chillin’ at what appears to be his home.
We see a few of his many children in the video. It’s worth adding that it’s unclear exactly how many kids NBA YoungBoy has, as TMZ reports that he already has eight confirmed children, though HotNewHipHop puts this number at nine.
NBA YoungBoy’s partner, Jazlyn Mychelle, with whom he already shares a young child, also makes an appearance in the music video.
Notably, as viewers first see her from the side, Jazlyn’s baby bump is on full display, and she appears pretty far along in her pregnancy.
In addition to the music video, TMZ reports that NBA YoungBoy announced the pregnancy through his Instagram account, which has since been deactivated again.
The outlet reports that NBA YoungBoy uploaded a photo dump shortly after deactivating, and the last slide showed off Jazlyn Mychelle’s baby bump. Viewers can noticeably also see that she appears to be rocking a massive engagement ring.
“Dangerous Love,” the “I Hate YoungBoy” rapper reportedly wrote beneath the upload.

With NBA YoungBoy being up to at least nine confirmed children, he’s right behind Nick Cannon, who recently announced that he’s expecting his tenth child with Brittany Bell, with whom he already shares two children.
However, as some outlets report that this in-utero child is his tenth, NBA YoungBoy may be already head-to-head with Nick Cannon.

Also, because NBA YoungBoy is two decades younger than Nick Cannon, it’s possible that he could surpass his number of children in the near future (not that it’s a competition, though).
Congratulations to NBA YoungBoy and Jazlyn Mychelle!
