Back when the first Avengers: Endgame teaser was released, there was massive speculation that Shuri (Letitia Wright), our beloved Princess of Wakanda, did not make it and was dusted when Thanos snapped his fingers.

Now with the release of new character posters and a new featurette, it is officially confirmed. All of the characters who survived were included in color, while those who didn’t are in black and white. And yes, Shuri is one of those who the Avengers will be fighting to bring back.

If there is any good news out of this, it is that Tessa Thompson will appear in the film as Valkyrie, reprising her role as the Asgardian warrior Valkyrie from Thor: Ragnarok. It was heavily rumored that Thompson would appear in the movie, which is expected to be the last for Chris Hemsworth as Thor.
