“Wild Side” singer Normani just announced that she has a brand-new single dropping later this week—and Twitter couldn’t be more psyched!
She first shared that the song, dubbed “Fair,” would drop by uploading a 19-second audio clip this past Saturday.

Shortly after a longer snippet began circulating online, followed by Normani, who launched her career with Fifth Harmony back in 2012, unveiling the cover art and posed nude in another post, further explaining the inspiration for the new track.
“This song really captures me in one of my most vulnerable moments,” she wrote. “Sharing this record makes me uncomfortable because you have never really seen me in this light. Definitely aware that you might feel like you don’t know much about me, but that’s only because it’s what makes me feel protected. I am really forcing myself to let go here. This is huge for me and hopefully, this piece of art resonates.
“Love is beautiful yet so soooo terrifying. I adore you guys to the moon and back. ohhhh and believe me, the up-tempo shit is coming lmaooo,” she added
In response to this exciting news, Normani stans swiftly began flooding the TL with their reactions. Check out what fans had to say down below.

It’s also worth noting that stans were quick to shut down trolls and naysayers.
normani antis literally come together like a fandom, stream her new music, listen to snippets, and criticize her. like they put in A LOT of work to dislike her.. more work than some her stans.
