The Real Housewives of Potomac‘s discussions about who is wrong in Monique Samuels and Candiace Dillard Bassett’s winery fight remains. Ashley Darby and Karen Huger are trying their best to stay neutral about their ideas of who they think are the more guilty party. 

Darby’s personal experience of having a butter knife thrown her way from Dillard Bassett has her on Team Samuels. She also says Dillard Bassett has a smart mouth and an antagonizing spirit and can sympathize with Samuels’ blackout moment.

Huger has been a surrogate mother figure to Dillard Bassett and though she informs Samuels that she’s created a huge mess for herself, she refuses to abandon Samuels in her journey to self-discovery and healing. This upsets Dillard Bassett, so much so that Dillard Bassett confronts Huger at Wendy Osefo’s event about what she feels is a lack of Huger holding Samuels accountable. Huger reminds Dillard Bassett that just last year, she stood strongly beside her when Dillard Bassett was on the outs with the cast.

During their heated exchange, Osefo interjects and sides with Dillard Bassett. Osefo alleges that Huger is blindly siding with Samuels. Huger politely lets Osefo know that her statement is ignorant and that she should know her place.

Well, Dr. Osefo is not pleased with Huger’s categorization of her. Huger posted a clip from the episode on her Instagram, stating, “Look at this Lady injecting herself into the conversation between Candiace and I. Unsolicited, unnecessary and desperate. Sweetie good bye.”
