Rome Flynn, Desi Banks, Algee Smith and Siv Ngesi are set to star in the upcoming action-comedy Boyz Trip.
The film follows a group of guy friends who want to get away from it all. But things quickly go wrong.
As the synopsis states, “Tired of their usual yearly meet-up, four college friends decide on a boys’ getaway that quickly spirals into international chaos, forcing them to rely on old bonds, questionable skills and pure luck just to make it out alive.”
The film is directed by Kyle Scott, who also wrote the screenplay. Scott also executive produces via his KeyScott Entertainment and Canyon View Media. Autumn Bailey-Ford produces via Autumn Bailey Entertainment.
Filming is taking place in South Africa
Bailey-Ford talked in a statement about bringing Boyz Trip to the big screen.

Flynn can be seen soon in the Apple TV drama series Imperfect Women opposite Kerry Washington, Elisabeth Moss and Kate Mara. Smith’s latest project, the film The Gates with Mason Gooding, Keith Powers and the late James Van Der Beek, is in theaters this weekend.
