Tamron Hall and ABC have released the first trailer for Hall’s upcoming daytime talk show. As we reported in September, Hall’s show has been greenlit for the ABC Owned Television Stations Group next fall.
In the video, Hall talked about how her life mirrors so many other people who are facing extraordinary challenges while living ordinary lives.
“I’m the girl next door. I’m the girl from the underdog background. But that doesn’t make me extraordinary. That makes me like my neighbors who are also the girls and guys next door,” she said, adding that the idea of who we can and can’t learn from “is hogwash.”

According to Deadline, Hall’s show has been sold to 24 Hearst Television markets, which will reach 50 percent of households in the country, including, as Deadline wrote, “eight of the top 10 markets.” This update in TV markets is in addition to the networks who are affiliated with the ABC Owned Television Stations Group.
