Pastor John Gray’s reality series, The Book of John Gray, has been canceled.

An OWN spokesperson told to The Greenville News that there are “no plans” to produce more episodes of the series, but didn’t give a reason for the cancelation. S&A has reached out to OWN to find out more information.

Even though Gray has been with OWN since 2016 and his show has made it through three seasons, it stands to reason that his latest scandals have led to the dismissal. Gray bought a $200,000 Lamborghini for his wife Aventer as a present for their eighth wedding anniversary, but he was accused of using funds from his Relentless Church to buy the car. There were also allegations that he was having an affair.

Throughout 2019, he tried to clear up the allegations of him having an affair by sitting down with his wife on The Real. On the show, he said he was having an “emotional affair” that never became physical. However, the woman at the center of the affair has shared additional details with online host Larry Reid about the alleged particulars. Gray’s troubles have continued into the new year with Relentless Church being evicted from their property in South Carolina because Gray allegedly failed to make his scheduled payments, thereby breaking the lease.

This isn’t the only show OWN has cut in recent weeks; Ambitions, starring Robin Givens and Essence Atkins, was also canceled.
