The ITV (UK) upcoming 6-part drama series “The Level,” stars Karla Crome, Philip Glenister, Laura Haddock, and Noel Clarke, in a story that follows Nancy Devlin (Karla Crome), a Detective Sergeant living a secret double life. Her exemplary police career masks a covert attachment to shady businessman and drugs trafficker, Frank Le Saux (Philip Glenister), which puts her at the center of an investigation as she risks exposure, while being stalked by a killer intent on destroying her.
Stateside audiences will known star Karla Crome from her 2 seasons on the hit E4 series “Misfits,” which is currently streaming on Hulu. Also Noel Clarke, the writer, director, actor, producer, will also be very familiar to USA audiences (“Kidulthood,” “Adulthood,” “Brotherhood,” “Star Trek Into Darkness” and more).
Further cast includes Suzanne Packer, Lorne MacFadyen, Jane Hazlegrove, Ashley Kumar, Kelly Harrison and Rupert Procter.
Written by Gaby Chiappe and Alex Perrin, “The Level” is executive produced by Hillbilly Television joint Managing Directors, Polly Leys and Kate Norrish.

No premiere date announced yet, and certainly no word on whether the series will travel.
