The eighth season of Rate the Bars comes back to BET Digital to celebrate the BET Hip Hop Awards 2023. Flavor Flav, Uncle Luke, Tony Yayo and the hosts of the podcast In My Expert Opinion with Math Hoffa & Mecca rate the bars of popular songs and share their opinions on the lyrics without knowing who the lyrics belong to.

The return of Basketball Wives begins with Basketball Wives: All-Star Moments, a recap of all of the explosive moments from the series. Shaunie Henderson and Evelyn Lozada host as they recall the funny, dramatic and unforgettable moments from the reality show.
Basketball Wives: LA Season 11 – Oct. 9, 8/7c on VH1
The 11th season of Basketball Wives comes back with Evelyn Lozada rejoining the cast, including other fan favorites Jackie Christie, Jennifer Williams and Brooke Bailey with a guest appearance from executive producer Shaunie Henderson. New basketball wives include Brittany Renner, Vanessa Rider, Jac’Eil Duckworth and Clayanna Warthen.
Basketball Wives: Orlando – Oct. 9, 9/8c on VH1
The new addition to the Basketball Wives franchise, Basketball Wives: Orlando, debuts with castmembers Ashley Snell, Danielle Miller, Lyndzie Marble, Mackenzie Hyatt, Mehgan James, Morgan Bledsoe, Mulan Hernandez, Nique Brown and Nikki Nicole. The series promises viewers “an unfiltered and compelling glipmps into the extraordinary lives of nine reslient women as they confront love, rivalry and the ever-present spotlight.”
Welcome to Rap City – Oct. 10 at 8/7c
Welcome to Rap City is a three-part docuseries that will tell the history of Rap City, the longest-running nationally broadcast rap show in history. The docuseries will feature interviews with the show’s original hosts Big Tigger, Big Lez, Chris “The Mayor” Thomas, Hans “Prime Dobson,” Prince DaJour, Joe Clair, Mad Linx, J-Nicks and Q45. Other interviews include rap stars such as Trina, Da Brat, Dj Drama, Havoc, Eve, Keith Murray, Ludacris, The Diplomats and T.I., as well as interviews with the production and executives behind the show.
BET Hip Hop Awards 2023 – Oct. 10 at 9/8c
Taped in Atlanta, the BET Hip Hop Awards 2023 will celebrate 50 years of hip hop with performances by Offset, DaBaby, Sexyy Red, Kid Capri and Kool DJ Red Alert, with more performances to be announced. The 30th anniversary of record label So So Def will also be celebrated, including appearances by Jermaine Dupri, Bone Crusher, Bow Wow, Da Brat Dem Franchize Boyz and more.

BET presents Celebrity Squares, now airing on VH1. Hosted by DC Young Fly, the series is a “Black pop culture version of the classic comedy game show” featuring two contestants playing Tic-Tac-Toe with the help of celebrities providing their answers to questions. The player with the most money at the end of the game will go to the bonus round where they could win a $10,000 cash prize.
Tyler Perry’s Sistas – Oct. 18 9/8c on BET
The midseason premiere of Tyler Perry’s Sistas comes back with even more drama than before. The series follows a friend group of single Black women who are navigating their love lives, friendships, and careers as they live in today’s modern world. Perry writes, produces, directs and executive produces the series. The series stars KJ Smith, Mignon, Ebony Obsidian, Novi Brown, Crystal Renee’ Hayslett, Devale Ellis, Chido Nwokocha, Anthony Dalton II, Brian Jordan Jr., Kevin A. Walton and Trinity Whiteside.

Ms. Pat is throwing down the gavel in Ms. Pat Settles It, in which she takes the judge’s bench and oversees real cases regarding real relationships. Ms. Pat’s jury is comprised of her family members, closest friends and guest stars.
