VH1 has leveled up with Monday night ratings.
Shadow and Act has exclusively learned that the network’s Level Up Mondays lineup has earned double-digit ratings growth in the coveted 18-49 demographic. The gains come from fans clamoring to watch the latest season of Basketball Wives and the premiere of Caught in the Act: Unfaithful. VH1 is calling it the “biggest 2Q increase in three years.”
Caught in the Act: Unfaithful, which as been renewed for a second season before it’s first season debut, gave the network its best Monday night primetime ratings in nearly a year. The series’ executive producer, Lashan Browning is a part of MTV Entertainment Group’s $250 Million investment into developing more BIPOC-and-women-owned production companies.
Caught in the Act: Unfaithful is hosted by Tami Roman, who helps couples take control of their relationships by getting to the root of why their partners cheat. According to VH1, Roman “links up with a team of relationship experts to help people with unfaithful lovers get the answers they need and hatch big plans to take the cheaters to task.”
Along with Roman, Brianne Joseph and Kevin Carr star as the experts helping the scorned individuals get closure. Joseph is an award-winning and internationally recognized private investigator who founded all-female detective agency Sly Fox Investigations. Carr is a relationship expert, TV personality and author.
The 10th season of Basketball Wives finds the cast also ready to “level up” as they make new connections and reforge old ones.
