nullI thought this was worthy of sharing, in light of current events, if only to emphasize the fact that these occurrences aren’t just a recent phenomenon, demonstrating how slow some things are to change, and just how much progress there still is to make.

Digging into the archives, you’ll find comedians from each generation – post Civil Rights movement – using humor to make social commentary; specifically, in this case, on relations between police officers and black people. In fact, I recall bits from the likes of Dave Chappelle and Chris Rock in recent years, speaking for my generation. 

The more things change… the past is prologue…
