The Marvel series Wonder Man is coming back to Disney+ for a second season.

The news was announced on Monday, and this makes the show only the second MCU series to get a second season, following Loki and Daredevil. A WandaVision continuation series, VisionQuest, is also set at Disney+.

Yahya Abdul Mateen II and Ben Kingsley are set to return in Wonder Man as Simon Williams and Trevor Slattery.

Here’s more on the series’ first season:

The series follows aspiring Hollywood actor, Simon Williams, who is struggling to get his career off the ground. During a chance meeting with Trevor Slattery, an actor whose biggest roles may be well behind him, Simon learns that legendary director Von Kovak is remaking the superhero film “Wonder Man.” These two actors at opposite ends of their careers doggedly pursue life-changing roles in this film as audiences get a peek behind the curtain of the entertainment industry.

Wonder Man is one of the most critically acclaimed MCU Disney+ series, holding a 91 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.

Who else starred in Season 1?

X Mayo, Demetrius Grosse, Zlatko Burić, Arian Moayed and Olivia Thirlby also starred in Season 1.

Destin Daniel Cretton is the creator and also executive producer. Andrew Guest was the Season 1 showrunner and will return in that capacity as well as an executive producer role as well. Cretton will direct Season 2 episodes, too.

In an interview with Blavity’s Shadow and Act for the first season, Mateen told us, “We were trying to figure out who Simon Williams was, but I knew it was really going to be about a relationship between these two guys. So thinking about those times in your life when you are the most open to having some random person come in, when you feel like an outsider. The idea that Simon really didn’t have many friends, or none, growing up, to me, that made him sort of ripe to have a real, meaningful relationship with Sir Ben as Trevor Slattery.”

Season 1 is streaming in its entirety on Disney+.
