Erykah Badu’s daughter, Puma Curry, made headlines after sharing a photo of her and her mother’s behinds on Instagram. 

The 18-year-old posted the photo to Instagram on Monday, and it has since received a lot of positive feedback, with many notable people commenting on the pair’s attractive curves. Others wanted to know when and where they could get their hands on a pair of the figure-flattering pants worn by the mother and daughter in the photo.

Nevertheless, among the positive comments and emojis, some social media users were indifferent to the post, calling it offensive and in awful taste. Folks immediately criticized Badu, saying she was exploiting Puma’s sexuality by posting photos of her and her teenage daughter in provocative poses.

Puma Curry is the daughter of rapper The D.O.C. and the second eldest of the “Baduizm” artist’s children. Her older brother, Seven, is the son of rap star Andre 3000 and Badu co-parents her younger sister, Mars Merkaba Thedford, with rapper Jay Electronica. 

 

She drew comparisons between her mother’s physique and her own in the post. Still, she also demonstrated that she had inherited Badu’s vocal prowess by repeatedly going viral for her renditions of various classic R&B songs. 

 

 

 

Undoubtedly, many people were curious as to what her father thought of the daring post made by the mother-daughter duo, but it seems he has no issue with it.
