Super Bowl LVI features one of the most anticipated halftime shows in the event's history. Eminem, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar and Mary J. Blige will take the stage on Sunday to make sure the performance lives up to the hype. But fans appear to be looking forward to Blige's performance more than any other artist.

With a few hours left before the big game, fans flooded social media to express their excitement about the queen's arrival. 

As Blavity previously reported, the 51-year-old's performance on Sunday will likely include the Dr. Dre-produced “Family Affair” song from her 2001 album, No More Drama

“It’s like getting an Oscar nomination,” Blige said about the opportunity to perform at the big game.

The beloved artist performed at 2001 Super Bowl, joining Aerosmith, *NSYNC, Britney Spears and Nelly. Blige expects to have an bigger role in Sunday's performance at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif.

"This time I’m going to be front and center—Mary J. Blige, in her glory and greatness and swagger,” she told Elle.
