Fans are overcome with emotion after seeing the trailer for Black Panther 2: Wakanda Forever. According to Variety, the trailer debuted at Marvel Studios’ panel at San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday. Writer-director Ryan Coogler discussed the sequel at the panel and reflected on the life of the film’s original star, the late Chadwick Boseman.

“It’s going to be hard to follow that up, but we’ll try,” Coogler said. “It’s been five years since I was here. I sat about there and we premiered the first footage from Black Panther 1 and sitting next to me was our T’Challa, the late great Chadwick Boseman.”

As Marvel dropped the trailer on social media, fans were still thinking about Boseman.

The emotional trailer features Kendrick Lamar’s “We gonna be alright” as the background music. The clip also flashes the aquatic environments and futuristic landscape of Wakanda, the fictional nation.

One emotional scene shows a funeral with crowds of Wakandans dressed in white.

“I am Queen of the most powerful nation in the world, and my entire family is gone,” Queen Ramonda, the character played by Angela Bassett’s, declares in the movie.

The Black Panther sequel is expected to be in theaters on Nov. 11.
