Jordan Hollins stunned the audience with his performance of a Sam Cooke classic during a Louisiana talent show.

The video has accumulated over 9 million views and shows the 10-year-old standing on stage in a blue suit, soulfully singing, “A change is gonna come.”

The TikToker who shared the performance noted that Hollins won the talent show and complimented him on his ability to hold control of his singing voice.

“The winner of the ARTBREAK Gots Talent Jordan Hollins,” the TikToker wrote. “hope I spelled It right … this boy special. only in the 5TH GRADE !!! That’s crazy he got so much voice control .. congratulations my guy.”

With his version of the 1963 song, Hollins won not only the talent show but also thousands of TikTok subscribers.

One comment reads, “As my granny would say, “That baby sang like he been here before.”

Another individual noted that “He just made his career choice.”

Another subscriber commented, “he needs to go on America’s got talent. his voice is so awesome and so GOD GIVEN.”

Hollins’ mother, Lauren, later posted the full-length performance to her TikTok account, gaining 3 million additional views.

The talent show isn’t the first time Hollins‘ powerful voice wowed the world. He performed alongside gospel singer Kirk Franklin during a Juneteenth performance on ABC’s The View.
