Coming this spring from Issa Rae Productions is First, a modern-day Love Jones documenting all of the first experiences of two soon-to-be reacquainted young lovers whose hearts have been pitter-pattering since childhood.

Looking quite sweet, sentimental and mushy, First is just the kind of love that we need a little more of today to help balance things out on the screen.

Created by and starring Will Catlett and Spelman alum Jahmela Biggs, who we’ve seen in Black and Sexy TV’s That Guy, First premieres this Spring.
