Who is Roadblock you ask? For the uninitiated… he is one of the most prominent African-Americans in the series, whose primary duty is as a heavy machine gunner; he’s also a cook, and cousin to Heavy Duty, who was played by Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje in the first GI Joe movie in 2009.
