A Detroit high school is sending the entirety of its senior class to college for the eighth year in a row.

All 68 Detroit Cristo Rey High School seniors have been accepted to college, according to WXYZ.

The school is a private Catholic co-ed school that focuses on helping kids from disadvantaged backgrounds succeed. The school is one of 28 Catholic schools under the Cristo Rey Network, according to CBN News.

School President Michael Khoury is understandably proud of the accomplishment. Many of the students completed work training programs at companies like General Motors along with their studies. The training helps them offset the school’s $12,000 tuition.

“We are so proud of this class, and it really is a testament to the job skills that they learn as well as their hard work and dedication as students,” Khoury said.

The acceptances are more than a notch in the school’s belt. They’re also a milestone for the families.

"It's a unique school," Khoury said in 2015. "For many of our students, they will be the first in their family to go to college and so it's a big responsibility. But it's also something new for both them and their families to know what it means to be in a college prep school, and that's why we're very demanding academically."
