After a tennis match between French player Michael Kouame and Ghanaian player Raphael Nii Ankrah, 15-year-old Kouame slapped the winner in the face, TMZ reports.

According to Sportskeeda, the incident happened in Accra at the International Tennis Federation (ITF) Juniors tournament.

During the match, Ankrah managed to take the opening set 6-2. But Kouame made a comeback in the second set and tied the match. The final set was a nail-biter, but ended in another tie. After a tie-breaker, Ankrah went on to win the match.

After the match, Kouame and Ankrah headed to the net to shake hands before Kouame was seen slapping his opponent, TMZ reports.

Video of the incident was originally posted by the  Functional Tennis podcast. The New York Post reports that the video has since been taken down on Functional Tennis accounts, but it was reposted by a tennis coach based in Ghana.

Twitter commented on the incident, comparing it to Will Smith slapping Chris Rock at the Oscars.

Other videos of the slap show a massive fight take place afterward on the court. Kouame and Ankrah also argued and fought as officials and attendees rush onto the court.
