According to reports, Memphis rapper Lola “Gangsta Boo” Mitchell passed away from an accidental overdose after consuming alcohol, cocaine and fentanyl simultaneously.

On the afternoon of Jan. 1, the Marriage Bootcamp star was found unconscious inside a house in her hometown, according to a report from TMZ. When paramedics arrived, they attempted to resuscitate her but were unsuccessful, and she was pronounced dead. According to the Los Angeles Times, at the time of her death, police said there were “no immediate signs of foul play,” but they were still awaiting autopsy reports.

The 43-year-old was a part of the Southern hip-hop group Three 6 Mafia, which included producer and rapper Juicy J, DJ Paul, Crunchy Black and the late Koopsta Knicca and Lord Infamous. They released their debut album in the mid-’90s and made a big imprint for the South in the rap community, even winning an Oscar back in 2006 for best original song for “It’s Hard Out Here for a Pimp.”

Although she was a part of the group, she still dreamed of being a solo rap artist. In 1998 she released her debut album Enquiring Minds, which featured the hit single “Where Dem Dollas At” and peaked at No. 15 on Billboard’s R&B/hip-hop albums chart. She recorded six studio albums with the group before she left to dedicate more time to her solo career in the early aughts. She worked with other high-profile artists like Gucci Mane, Lil John, T.I., OutKast and more throughout her career.
