Here Gina Rodriguez goes again being caught saying something she has no business saying.

On Tuesday, the Jane The Virgin star was dragged for saying n***a and posting it on her Instagram story. In the video, Rodriguez sings The Fugees’ “Ready Or Not” and recites the line, “I can do what you do, easy, believe me. Fronting n****s give me heebie-jeebies.”

She quickly deleted the clip, but it was too late. The video has started circulating on social media, and Rodriguez is receiving one hell of a dragging.

Right on cue, Rodriguez followed up with an apology.

“I just wanted to reach out and apologize. I am sorry,” she said on her Instagram story. “I am sorry if I offended anyone by singing along to The Fugees…to a song I love…that I grew up on. I love Lauryn Hill and I really am sorry if I offended you.”

The actress has a habit of pissing the Black community off.

In November 2018, she was called out for oversimplifying the racial pay gap by claiming Latina actresses made less money than other demographics, according to Flare.

“I get so petrified in this space talking about equal pay especially when you look at the intersectional aspect of it,” she said. “Where white women get paid more than Black women, Black women get paid more than Asian women, Asian women get paid more than Latina women, and it’s like a very scary space to step into.”

Latinas, in general, make less than Black women, but Sofia Vergara was the highest-paid actress in 2018, according to Forbes. Kerry Washington, the only Black woman on the list, was in eighth place.

Two months before, she pulled an “all lives matter” when Yara Shahidi received a compliment during a joint interview.

“You are just goals for so many young, Black women,” journalist Xilla “Blogxilla” Valentine told Shahidi.

“So many women,” Rodriguez interjected.

“Yeah, for women, too, but Black women we need people on a whole ‘nother level,” Valentine responded.

In July 2017, she was criticized for playing the Oppression Olympics in the midst of the Black Panther craze. She accused Marvel of excluding Latinx people even though two Afro-Latinas had been featured at the time.

In October of the same year, she hosted a lunch for Latinx actresses with America Ferrera. It was a good idea, in theory, but the lack of Afro-Latina representation was noticeable. The closest they got was Rosario Dawson, who is biracial.  

Rodriguez cried over being labeled anti-Black in January 2019. She used her father to justify her BS.

"The Black community was the only community I looked towards growing up. We didn’t have many Latino shows and the Black community made me feel like I was seen, so to get 'anti-Black' is to say I’m anti-family,” she said during an interview on Sway in the Morning. “My father is dark-skinned. He is Afro-Latino … It's in my blood. So it was really devastating to me."
