GloRilla is collaborating with PrettyLittleThing and sportswear brand Kappa for an exclusive collection inspired by the 1990s. The Memphis rapper poses for the campaign at a retro gas station and wears looks inspired by vintage sportswear.
“I am so excited to be fronting this campaign with PrettyLittleThing and Kappa,” GloRilla said about the collection. “We had such an incredible time with the team shooting out in Joshua Tree and this collab felt so on brand for me. Streetwear is my everyday aesthetic, and I love the fact you can style these pieces between day and evening.”
The collection features 31 pieces, including tracksuits and cargo pants, utility skirt sets, mesh bodysuits and varsity dresses. Several designs include Kappa’s signature logo merged with PrettyLittleThing’s stamp.
You’ll find items in colors such as neutrals, khaki, and bright red and yellow as an ode to the 1990s. The collection allows you to go all out with retro style or add small elements to your wardrobe, whether you typically go for oversized silhouettes or skin-revealing cutout looks.
“I am excited for the launch of this project with PrettyLittleThing. Although we are a heritage sportswear brand, Kappa embodies the spirit of youth culture and PrettyLittleThing is a perfect partner to share this vision,” Dre Hayes, the president of Kappa USA, said.
The collaboration brings streetwear into the summer season while focusing on the fun and nostalgic feel of 1990s hip-hop fashion.
“We hope merging the typical sportswear feel that is Kappa’s legacy with a ‘going out’ edge will bring a fresh take that is wearable to all this summer,” PrettyLittleThing’s marketing director Nicki Capstick said.
The collection is now available to shop on PrettyLittleThing’s website. U.S. sizes range from 0 to 26, and items are priced between $20 and $78.
