UPDATE: A second person has died following the stampede, bringing the overall death total to 2, with 7 injured, per AP.


Previously reported: One person died, and nine others were injured following a stampede Sunday during a GloRilla concert in Rochester, New York. Two of those nine are in critical condition.

Per NBC News, the rapper and Finesse2tymes were performing at the Main Street Armory when concertgoers thought they heard gunshots, causing the stampede. However, officials later found “no evidence to support a shooting having occurred.”
