It's been eight months since Fergie's unremarkable national anthem landed on the nation's ears. And in that time, the Golden State Warriors have won another championship. LeBron James is now a Laker. And Suede the Remix God has remixed her rendition of the anthem.

The Warriors dusted off the anthem when the singer's ex-husband, actor Josh Duhamel, called Draymond Green a "prick," reports San Francisco Gate. Green was targeted for seemingly laughing at her during the NBA All-Star game earlier this year.

So, his teammates had to get back at Duhamel. Following the Warriors 128-120 victory over the New York Knicks, the team played Suede the Remix God's remix of her rendition in the locker room.

Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Jordan Bell and Green all got the last laugh. That video was posted everywhere, including Curry's and Green's Instagram accounts. And that is how the #FergieRemixChallenge was born.
