No word on the Memphis rapper’s cause of death, and authorities and local media have not yet confirmed anything.
Big Scarr started to take rap seriously in 2019 after being persuaded by his friend and fellow rapper Baby K. In that same year, Scarr released “Make a Play,” which garnered over 50,000 YouTube views in a single week. By 2020, he had found his footing and signed with Gucci’s 1017 record label.

With his one official release from the previous year, the Big Grim Reaper mixtape, and popular songs like “SolcyBoyz 2” and “Poppin,” Scarr was starting to make waves in the music industry.

Memphis rapper Big 30 was deeply affected and responded to the news of his friend’s passing on Instagram by posting a picture of himself next to Scarr on the 2022 class cover. He followed the post with another, adding a heartfelt message.

“F**k what they talk bout you know watt was up with us [broken heart emoji]. I can’t tell Shiesty this. I love you cuz we was together last night for hours. You know how I came bout you,” he sadly expressed.

Our hearts go out to Big Scarr’s loved ones at this time of loss.
