R&B singer H.E.R. and Live Nation Urban announced the third annual Lights On Festival with an extensive lineup for festivalgoers to enjoy.
According to a press release, the two-day festival will be held on Saturday, Sept. 16, and Sunday, Sept. 17, at the Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, California.
“#LightsOnFest is BACK and BIGGER! We’re bringing the R&B vibes to the GA festival grounds at Shoreline Amphitheater! Get ready for TWO DAYS in the BAY AREA on Saturday, September 16th and Sunday, September 17th. Presales start Thursday at 12PM PST!” the event’s Twitter account tweeted along with the complete lineup.
Grammy Award-winning singer Jasmine Sullivan will headline the first night on Sept. 16, with a special performance from H.E.R. & friends closing the event on Sept. 17. The expansive lineup features the following:

“I’m so excited ‘Lights On Festival’ will be making its return,” H.E.R. said in a press release. “It’s my favorite way to wind down the summer by having two days filled with great R&B music. I am so proud to reveal the extraordinary talent we have on the bill this year and can’t wait for everyone to see what’s to come!”
The 26-year-old made history with the inaugural Lights On Festival in 2019, as it was the first female-owned and curated festival in decades, according to Live Nation. As a Bay Area native, H.E.R. has dedicated herself to providing fans with an unforgettable experience featuring local and international artists.
In 2021, around 13,000 fans gathered at the Concord Pavilion each day, and the festival received immense praise for its success.
This year’s festival tickets will all be general admission. Presale starts on Thursday, June 29, at 12 p.m. PT, and all presales end on Thursday, June 29, at 10 p.m. PT. General sale launches Friday, June 30, at 12 p.m. PT.
