Halle Berry, 55, proved she's a supportive queen after someone confused her with singer and actress Halle Bailey.
A fan tweeted Berry on Monday, expressing their joy about the upcoming Disney live-action remake of The Little Mermaid before the Academy Award winner humorously corrected the fan.
Berry, however, shared her excitement to see the singer in the new role, E Online reports.
… wrong Halle lol. I can’t wait to see her too though! https://t.co/xRIjp0Juhr

"Wrong Halle lol. I can't wait to see her too though!" the Bruised actress replied.
The mix-up is not the first time fans have confused the two actresses. In 2019, when Disney announced The Little Mermaid cast, many thought Berry was starring as Ariel, PopSugar reports.
Legit spent about an hour trying to figure out why Disney cast Halle Berry as The Little Mermaid. Then realized it was Halle Bailey. I can’t be the only one…

So Halle Bailey is gonna be the Little Mermaid and that's fine because I just googled her and it turns out she's not Halle Berry, who I thought was gonna be in The Little Mermaid all day long, seriously

Despite the confusion, Berry acknowledged the unmeasurable talent of people named Halle.
In case you needed a reminder… Halles get it DONE. Congratulations @chloexhalle on this amazing opportunity, we can’t wait to see what you do! #TheLittleMermaid
