Disney has released the first teaser trailer for Haunted Mansion, which will hit theaters this summer on July 28.
The film is directed by Justin Simien (Dear White People, Bad Hair). It stars LaKeith Stanfield, Tiffany Haddish, Owen Wilson, Danny DeVito, Rosario Dawson, Chase W. Dillon and Dan Levy, with Jamie Lee Curtis and Jared Leto as The Hatbox Ghost.
The story of Haunted Mansion, which was inspired by the well-known theme park attraction, follows a mother and her son as they hire a ragtag group of purported spiritual experts to assist them to purge their house of any otherworldly intruders.
Dan Lin and Jonathan Eirich are the film’s producers, and Nick Reynolds and Tom Peitzman serve as executive producers.

A 2003 film based on the attraction, The Haunted Mansion, starred Eddie Murphy.
