An online campaign has been launched to demand the media to stop interviewing Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, who have become a regular trending topic on social media as they continue to reveal details about their relationship.

The petition, created by Dexter Morale, has more than 2,700 signatures from people of the same accord. 

Will and Jada have touched on numerous topics in recent years. Most recently, Will sat down with Oprah Winfrey and discussed his relationship with Jada. The 53-year-old actor said the couple had a big fight after Jada's 40th birthday, causing them to take some time apart.

“We realized that it was a fantasy illusion that we could make each other happy,” the Men in Black star said, according to People. “We agreed that she had to make herself happy and I had to make myself happy. Then we were going to present ourselves back to the relationship already happy, versus demanding that the other person fill our empty cup. We just decided, 'You have to figure out how to be happy.'”

Oprah also asked if the couple could have other sexual partners.

"People are trying to put something on it: 'Will and Jada — what they doing with other people?'" Will said. "Will and Jada ain't really doing too much of nothing. Will and Jada are on a spiritual journey to cleanse the poisonous, unloving parts of our hearts. And we're doing it together in this lifetime, no matter what."

Speaking with GQ magazine in September, Will said Jada never "believed in a conventional marriage."

"Jada had family members that had an unconventional relationship. So she grew up in a way that was very different than how I grew up," he said. "There were significant endless discussions about, 'What is relational perfection? What is the perfect way to interact as a couple?' And for the large part of our relationship, monogamy was what we chose, not thinking of monogamy as the only relational perfection."

The actor added that "marriage can't be a prison."

"I don't suggest this road for anybody," he told GQ. "But the experiences that the freedoms that we've given one another and the unconditional support, to me, is the highest definition of love."

Jada has also made numerous head-turning comments. Last year, the 50-year-old admitted to having an "entanglement" with singer August Alsina while she was married to Will, Atlanta Black Star reports. 

Jada has also continued to be open about the close relationship she had with Tupac. Earlier this year, she shared a poem Tupac wrote while he was incarcerated at Riker’s Island, Revolt reports. To celebrate what would have been Tupac's 50th birthday, the actress read the "Lost Soulz" poem aloud in a post on Instagram. 

In his new book, Will said he felt insecure when he first noticed the bond between Jada and Tupac.

“Though they were never intimate, their love for each other is legendary — they define ‘ride or die,’” he wrote in his memoir, Will. “In the beginning of our relationship, my mind was tortured by their connection. He was ‘PAC and I was me.”

But people are apparently tired of hearing about the couple.

"Everything I learn about this couple is against my will. Free us," one person wrote in response to the latest petition.
