Last year, Kodiyakredd and Flyysoulja — two Floridian brothers who went viral over their "Island Boy" freestyle– were introduced to the world. While the brothers have enjoyed meme-world stardom since uploading their widely circulated freestyle, they've also been involved in a fair share of drama — such as getting ejected from Jake Paul and Tyrone Woodley's recent boxing match.

However, one of the Island Boys — Franky "KodiyakRedd" Venegas — is making headlines again for a more troubling reason. Montaisha Shanell, who has been romantically linked to Kodiyakredd, has accused him of domestic violence.

Shanell made this recent assault allegation in a now-deleted Instagram post comprised of various graphic images. One of the photos showed her with a busted lip, while another displayed her black eye, suggesting that Kodiyakredd was responsible for these injuries.

"Y'ALL WANNA BE AN 'ISLAND GIRL SO BADDDDD' GO AHED AN BE ONE [sic]," Shanell wrote. "Lemme show you WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE AN ISLAND GIRL BEAT ON EVERY DAY TREATED LIKE NOTHING. DON'T BELIEVE THE FAIRY-TALE THEY SELL YOU."

She went on Instagram Live that same evening and appeared to have barricaded herself within a room, crying, breathing heavily.

"I'm staying alive until the cops get here," Shanell said as an unseen woman attempted to console her.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time Shanell has accused Kodiyakredd of domestic violence. A video began circulating in April showing Shanell accusing Kodiyakredd of busting her lip. She tells him to "look at [her] mouth" as she cries. Viewers can see that she's bleeding toward the end of the video. Months later, Shanell went on Instagram Live and made similar troubling accusations.

"Woman beater, bro. [He] beats the s**t out of me every f**king day, bro. You want to support him and support him and support him, cool. But I'm done," Shanell said. "I'm done biting my f**king tongue on this n***a beating the s**t out of me, bro. I'm done."

"I'm done selling a lie to people," she continued. It's not true. What you see is not true. The things that you see are not true. They're not reality, bro. Nothing that y'all see is true."

Kodiyakredd had not publicly acknowledged Shanell's allegations.
