It’s a good day to be Quinta Brunson. The Abbott Elementary frontwoman has snagged three comedy Emmy nominations: outstanding comedy series, lead actress in a comedy and writing for a comedy series. Brunson is also the first Black woman to earn three comedy-related nominations within the same year, Variety reports.

Brunson, 32, is also the youngest Black women to be nominated in the comedy acting category.

Twitter couldn’t be happier for the former BuzzFeed content creator.

“So happy to see ⁦@quintabrunson⁩ making history today!!! Congrats to you and your team, including ⁦@thesherylralph⁩!!!!” one user wrote.

“Quinta Brunson out here breaking Emmy records and it’s season ONE. Yeah she here to stay,” another added.

“Quinta Brunson went from Buzzfeed to an Emmy nominated actor. What a trajectory!” a viewer tweeted.

Another Twitter user noted that this year’s Emmys has honored an unprecedented amount of Black, first-time nominees, including Janelle James, Sheryl Lee Ralph and Tyler James Williams, who were also nominated for their work on Abbott Elementary.

“Sanaa Lathan, Quinta Brunson, Chadwick Boseman, Jerrod Carmichael, Colman Domingo, Janelle James, Sheryl Lee Ralph, and Tyler James Williams all got their FIRST Emmy nominations today. wow,” they wrote.

One Twitter user predicted that Brunson will be walking away from the Emmys with her arms filled with awards.

“How quinta brunson will be leaving the emmys this year,” they wrote, along with posting images of other celebrities posing with their multiple awards.

The 74th Emmy Awards will air on Monday, Sept. 12.
