Keke Palmer’s bundle of joy is here. The 29-year-old actress and Darius Jackson announced the birth of their first child on Monday, 48 hours after he was born.

“Hey Son!!!!” Palmer wrote on Instagram: “Born during Black History Month, with a name to match! LEODIS ANDRELLTON JACKSON, welcome to the world baby Leo.”

Palmer showed off her baby boy with multiple slides. One showed a glimpse what the couple look like after “only 48hrs of being parents!” Another slide featured a video of Palmer singing “Someone” by El Debarge to Jackson in the car.

“Darius always made me playlists when we first started dating,” the actress wrote. “’Someone’” by El Debarge was a favorite. We became each other’s someone and made a someone, look at God!”

Some of the photos also gave the world a closer at the baby boy’s face.

“‘I’m not hiding the world from my son, I’m hiding my son from the world.’ Hahaha,” Palmer wrote, adding, “I’m just playing, my baby face is on this slide … And this slide.”

According to People, the Hollywood star first announced her pregnancy in December when she hosted Saturday Night Live. That’s when Palmer said she’s expecting her first child with Jackson, who is a fitness instructor and a former college football player.

“There’s some rumors going around, people have been in my comments saying, ‘Keke’s having a baby, Keke’s pregnant,’ and I wanna set the record straight — I am!” Palmer said before revealing her baby bump.

Palmer appeared on The Tamron Hall Show in November and opened up about becoming “Instagram official” with Jackson.

“We spend all this time together, and he really is my closest friend, so it just becomes a thing where I’m not gonna hide something that makes me happy,” she said.
