Latto’s younger sister, Brooklyn Nikole, celebrated her 21st birthday. For the occasion, she threw a party in Atlanta, where her friends, family and music industry members gathered at the club on July 19.
Although the birthday bash occurred in the Peach State, the event was themed after 2000s Brooklyn as an ode to her first name. She wore a pink faux fur outfit with a chain with the capital letter “B” and a pink Chanel bag. Her look was a direct homage to rapper Cam’ron’s iconic 2002 pink fur outfit, for which he posed with a matching flip phone. Latto’s sister recreated this fashionable moment in a photograph posted on social media.

The event reunited several celebrities, including Flo Milli, Mariah The Scientist and Latto.
Latto gifted her sister a Mercedes-Benz SUV, topped with celebratory balloons for the occasion.
According to Revolt, Latto wrote, “Happy birthday to my other half! I’m so proud of the woman you’re becoming,” on Instagram Stories. “Stay ambitious and humble. You truly have a heart of gold. Your compassion and loyalty is unmatched. The world is yours [as] long as I’m living! It’s always been us, and it’ll forever be us! Watching you grow up is bittersweet, but it has been some of the highlights of my own life… I have so many wishes for your adult life, but I’m a just keep praying for you and watching God doing his thing!”
Brooklyn Nikole replied to her sister’s public message and expressed her appreciation.
“[Latto] made sure I had the best day ever,” she wrote. “She don’t play about me, and I’m NEVER playing about her. So thankful for everything you do for me.”

Brooklyn Nikole launched her beauty line, Beauty by Brooklyn, earlier this year. She has spoken out about being in the spotlight due to being Latto’s sister.
“I think it’s another aspect to the industry. People don’t really speak on it,” she said on an episode of Latto’s 777 Radio. “And I think for me, because people, of course, always want to say, ‘You wouldn’t have this without your sister,’ da da da. It’s inevitable. I’m going to always hear that because this is your career. You’re famous.”
Brooklyn Nikole recently came out to support her sister at the 2023 BET Awards. They hit the carpet and posed in front of photographers in matching black ensembles. Later in the evening, Latto won best female hip hop artist.
