Lauren London went to Instagram to pay tribute to Nipsey Hussle on the three-year anniversary of his death.
“Loving You Here There Then Now Forever and After,” London wrote alongside a photo of the late rapper on Thursday. “Long Live The King Ermias Asghedom Hussle Man.”
London continued to pay tribute to Nipsey on her Instagram story, sharing poems and more photos of the beloved artist. Many of Lauren’s close friends responded to her post with messages of love.
“Love sis,” YG wrote.
Kehlani, La La, Angie Martinez, T.I. and several others expressed similar sentiments.
According to Rap-Up, London and Nipsey met on social media and started dating in 2013. The couple welcomed their son Kross Ermias in 2016. On March 31, 2019, Nipsey was shot and killed outside his Marathon Clothing store in Los Angeles.
The rapper’s fans also took to social media on Thursday to honor Nipsey.

Sitting down with Jada Pinkett Smith on Red Table Talk in 2020, London talked about how she’s dealing with grief.
“I don’t always wake up on the enlightened side of the bed and the days that I don’t, I let myself ’cause I’m human,” she said. “I let myself be human and I’m gentle with myself, and I find things that matter and so I try to live with a purpose.”
